Hooksett, New Hampshire, United States Position Title:
Business Intelligence Engineer Were seeking a highly collaborative Business Intelligence Analyst / Engineer to serve as the critical link between our Treasury Finance team and technical data teams. This is a unique hybrid role for someone who thrives at the intersection of finance, data, and strategytranslating complex business needs into powerful data-driven solutions. In this role, youll work directly with Treasury stakeholders to support reporting, cash positioning, liquidity management, and funding strategies. Youll leverage data from Microsoft SQL Server and Snowflake environments to deliver impactful analytics, dashboards, and data assets that drive financial insights, securitization modeling, performance tracking, and regulatory reporting.
Location:
Hooksett, NH (Hybrid) What Youll Do Act as the primary liaison between Treasury Finance and data/BI teams for all leasing-related analytics initiatives Lead requirements-gathering sessions and translate business needs into clear technical specifications Partner with data engineering teams to identify data sources and deliver scalable solutions Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical datasets supporting Treasury decision-making Develop robust data models, curated datasets, and semantic layers aligned with leasing business logic Perform data profiling, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency Support audit and compliance needs through documentation, data lineage, and reconciliation evidence Manage multiple priorities and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
What You Bring:
Core Skills:
Advanced SQL expertise (T-SQL & Snowflake), including complex queries, CTEs, window functions, and optimization Strong understanding of asset leasing and Treasury concepts (cash flow, liquidity, funding, reconciliations) Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and data models Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams Experience building dashboards and reports using modern BI tools Strong analytical mindset with experience in data quality, reconciliation, and audit support Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience:
ETL/ELT tools and processes Treasury reporting, SOX controls, and data governance practices Snowflake platform features Experience with cash-flow forecasting, delinquency analysis, or securitization (ABS) reporting Qualifications 4+ years in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Engineering At least 2 years supporting Finance or Accounting teams Hands-on experience with SQL Server and Snowflake Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Data Engineering, Computer Science, or related field The Company You're invigorated by team collaboration and a fast-paced work environment.
