Business Operations Intern

Role Overview As a key contributor at Transcarent, you will play an essential role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. Your daily responsibilities will include reporting and analysis to assist our leaders in meeting corporate utilization targets. By collaborating closely with stakeholders across various teams, you will gain insights into member needs, service utilization, and the operational factors influencing health outcomes. Data Reporting & Analysis:

Use Tableau and SQL skills to monitor utilization data, flagging performance concerns, and analyzing potential solutions.

Member Feedback Review:

Analyze

CSAT & NPS

comments to identify patterns and potential causes of negative sentiment, helping to inform improvements in service delivery.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Meet with leaders and Ops stakeholders to review performance metrics, escalation data, and identify action points for improvement.

Testing & Development:

Work alongside the Analytics lead to test new apps or changes in existing applications, ensuring they meet standards before publication.

Back Office Engagement:

Collaborate with the Back Office team to identify potential solutions for engaging members in creative ways. What We're Looking For (Requirements) Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Sciences, or a related field. Depending on location, contribute in a hybrid or remote work environment.

Self-Starter:

Proactive attitude, with a desire to be part of a rapidly evolving, dynamic team.

Excel Proficiency:

Strong understanding of Excel, including the ability to create and modify formulas.

Analytical Mindset:

Interest in how business operations and analytics intersect to inform strategic decisions.
