Role Interventions Technologist:
Requirements / Experience 7+ years of experience in Data & Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Reporting roles. Strong experience in Wellview Strong SQL expertise, including complex query development and performance optimization. Hands-on experience with Power BI Experience in data modeling, analysis, testing, development, and deployment. Experience supporting large-scale data environments with batch and/or near-real-time data. Oil & gas industry experience strongly preferred; upstream experience preferred. Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools (e.g., Claude) to support analytics and decision-making. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail. Key Accountabilities Design, build, and maintain scalable data models and reporting structures supporting interventions analytics. Develop and maintain complex T‑SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts to support dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analysis. Own the development, enhancement, and modernization of Power BI, SQL reporting, and embedded visualization outputs (e.g., D3, HighCharts). Partner with business and data-domain owners to translate requirements into robust analytical solutions. Establish and evolve business metrics and KPIs to support operational decision-making. Deliver timely ad hoc analyses and visualizations to support interventions leadership. Lead the redesign and conversion of legacy reports and databases into modern, maintainable solutions. Apply AI-enabled tools (e.g., Claude) to enhance data exploration, diagnostics, and insight development. Collaborate closely with the Data & Analytics team to support enterprise reporting and analytics initiatives. Be the SME for Wellview to help support the intervention team Essential Education BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience. Technical Leadership & Ways of Working Serves as a technical authority for interventions analytics and reporting. Influences data-driven decision-making through clear visualizations and analytical rigor. Promotes continuous improvement in analytical methodologies, tooling, and standards. Works effectively across distributed teams and cross-functional stakeholders. Location Houston or Denver based. Monday - Friday (40 Hours / Week) Hybrid Schedule - 1 week working from office; 1 week working from home
