Duties Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Salesforce to visualize key operational metrics. Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets using SQL to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective analytical solutions. Conduct comprehensive business analysis to support strategic initiatives, including forecasting sales and evaluating operational efficiency. Utilize Visio to map out processes, workflows, and system integrations for process improvement projects. Support project management efforts by tracking analytics deliverables and ensuring timely completion of initiatives. Provide insights on sales performance, operational efficiency, and forecasting accuracy to inform decision-making at all levels. Requirements Proven experience in data analysis with strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Demonstrated expertise in visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI to create compelling dashboards. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for data integration and reporting purposes. Strong business analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets into clear insights. Excellent analysis skills with a focus on analytics, business intelligence, and process optimization. Knowledge of project management principles to coordinate multiple analytics projects effectively. Experience in sales analysis, forecasting models, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. Effective communication skills to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
