Job Description
Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an Enterprise Architect Consultant to support a company focused on delivering large-scale cloud transformation, modernization, and compliance-focused architecture solutions for enterprise customers. This position is remote . The Enterprise Architect Consultant will serve as the strategic and technical lead for complex cloud transformation initiatives, partnering with executive stakeholders and engineering teams to develop architecture roadmaps and oversee implementation from strategy through execution. This is an opportunity to drive mission-critical modernization efforts that shape the future of enterprise technology environments while leading impactful, multi-year transformation programs. Responsibilities for the Enterprise Architect Consultant include: Lead enterprise discovery sessions, stakeholder workshops, and requirements gathering to define transformation strategies and technology roadmaps. Design enterprise and cloud reference architectures, cloud migration strategies, landing zones, and application modernization initiatives. Serve as the primary technical advisor to executive leadership, presenting recommendations and aligning business objectives with technology solutions. Lead and mentor cloud engineering teams through implementation, ensuring solutions adhere to architectural standards and compliance requirements. Oversee application onboarding, modernization efforts, and ongoing architecture evolution within highly regulated cloud environments. Required Qualifications for the Enterprise Architect Consultant include: 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, cloud architecture, infrastructure architecture, technology consulting, or related disciplines. Experience developing enterprise reference architectures, cloud migration strategies, cloud landing zones, and application modernization roadmaps. Strong consulting, stakeholder management, executive presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience). Ability to work within regulated environments supporting FedRAMP and/or CMMC compliance requirements. Active security clearance preferred. Salary Range:
