Golden Valley, MN Schedule:
Monday-Friday regular daytime business hours; In-person for the first 90 days, eligible to work from home up to 2 days/week after 90 days of employment.
Salary:
$65,000 annual salary including Full-Time benefits About the Role We're looking for a ERP Workflow Analyst to design, maintain, and improve electronic forms and document workflows across the organization. This role partners closely with department leaders to turn business needs into efficient, secure, and user-friendly systems. You'll serve as the go-to expert for form development and workflow management, ensuring data is captured, routed, and stored accurately while meeting compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain electronic forms across departments (HR, operations, finance, IT), ensuring functionality, usability, and consistency. Implement conditional logic, validation rules, calculated fields, and automated notifications. Configure and manage workflows that route form submissions, define approval processes, control document states, and ensure accurate metadata and retention practices. Partner with department heads and subject matter experts to gather requirements, clarify business needs, and translate them into effective form and workflow solutions. Diagnose and resolve issues related to form submissions, workflow routing, system errors, integrations, and user experience concerns in a timely manner. Ensure all submitted data is accurately captured, securely stored, and managed in alignment with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain form and workflow standards, including naming conventions, version control, and system documentation to support consistency and scalability. Evaluate existing forms and workflows to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, improved user experience, and better data quality. Serve as the primary point of contact for external form/workflow vendors, managing support requests, updates, and system enhancements. Provide additional support to the IT and Security team as needed based on organizational priorities.
Required Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of related job experience based on key responsibilities outlined above Strong experience building complex forms using JotForm, Adobe, and Adobe Sign (or comparable platforms). Experience designing and maintaining workflow‑based systems.
Preferred Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Business, Information Technology Systems, Business Information Systems, or a related field strongly preferred Knowledge of JotForm software and M‑Files Document Management system strongly preferred
