Not eligible for visa sponsorship The Oracle ERP Analyst III serves as a key technical resource responsible for managing medium-complexity Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP projects, supporting system stability, integrations, and troubleshooting within the client's finance operations. Job Summary Investigate end-user preferences and business operations to inform design decisions aligned with organizational and user community needs. Provide technical support for requirement gathering and system implementation for current and future state financial applications, including crafting comprehensive design documents. Ensure successful implementation of technical requirements across integration, reporting, and data conversion, adhering to industry best practices. Facilitate end-to-end testing during project phases, review and address technical defects, and collaborate with developers to validate solutions against business requirements. Collaborate with vendors and business owners to support requirement gathering, project communication, and system integration testing. Analyze workflows, data collection processes, and technical issues associated with assigned software under supervision, while adhering to established standards for change control and environment management. Develop Level of Effort estimates and track actual time worked, and create clear process flows and supporting documentation for business owners.

Minimum Requirements:

5 years of experience in Oracle ERP financials configuration and design, with Oracle Cloud Fusion experience required. 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting, physician practice, or hospital environment. Proficiency in financial software and systems, particularly ERP systems. Experience working on fast-paced system implementation-related projects. Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate across functional and technical teams. Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and proactive problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in a health, science, or business field, or equivalent professional experience (Associate's degree with relevant experience considered). Background or experience working within a large-scale ERP support or platform stability environment. Familiarity with Oracle FDI products and shared-responsibility integration models.
