Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Cloud Functional Business Analyst/SME with strong expertise in Oracle Financials, particularly within the General Ledger and Budgetary Control modules. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, production support, and working within public-sector financial environments. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of Business Analyst experience 10+ years of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) experience 10+ years of requirements gathering and documentation experience Strong experience with MS Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint 7+ years of Oracle Financials EBS/Cloud Suite experience 7+ years of experience working as an Oracle Functional SME 7+ years of experience with month-end/year-end closing and reconciliation processes 3+ years of Oracle ERP Cloud General Ledger module experience Expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP Modules General Ledger (GL) Budgetary Control (BC)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting Oracle EBS/Cloud production environments Public sector implementation experience CPA certification preferred

Education:

Bachelor s degree in information technology, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
