Multiyear Contract Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM (functional and/or technical) Strong experience with: o Oracle HCM Security (roles, data security, user provisioning) o Segregation of Duties (SoD) frameworks and access controls o Audit, risk, or compliance processes within HCM systems Experience building reports using

OTBI, BI

Publisher, or similar tools Familiarity with automation, analytics, or AI-driven monitoring solutions Strong understanding of SaaS data flows, integrations, and security models Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting internal/external audits in a cloud HCM environment Knowledge of Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) or similar tools Experience implementing automated controls and continuous monitoring frameworks Exposure to AI/ML use cases for anomaly detection or audit automation
