Oracle HCM ConfigurationConfigure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR and/or Learning)Manage employee and non-worker lifecycle processesConfigure learning catalogues, offerings, enrolment rules, workflows, approvals, notifications, and rolesBusiness AnalysisGather and analyse business requirements from HR stakeholdersTranslate business needs into system configuration and solution designAct as a bridge between business users and technical teamsReporting & DocumentationDesign and support reports using OTBI and BI PublisherMaintain reporting, process, and data governance documentationData Management & MigrationPrepare and manage data using HCM Data Loader (HDL)Perform data cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliationEnsure data quality, consistency, and compliance with standardsIntegration SupportSupport integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and external/internal systemsWork with integration teams to define data flows, mappings, and interface requirementsProvide functional input for integrations (e.g., onboarding, employee data updates)Testing & DeliverySupport SIT/UAT cycles, defect resolution, and validation activitiesAssist with cutover and go-live preparationEnsure system behaviour aligns with business expectationWho You AreExperience working with Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR and/or Learning)Strong understanding of HR processes:

Employee lifecycleOnboarding / offboardingLearning managementHands-on experience with:

System configuration within Oracle HCMOTBI and/or BI Publisher reportingData migration using HCM Data Loader (HDL)Testing and UAT supportAbility to:

Analyse business requirements and translate into system solutionsWork with both business and technical stakeholdersTechnical Knowledge (Nice to Have)Basic understanding of:
