Contract We are seeking an experienced Oracle Technical Lead•Data Management Consultant to lead enterprise-scale Oracle data warehouse initiatives for a high-impact public sector engagement. This role requires a strong combination of hands-on Oracle technical expertise, leadership, data architecture experience, and client-facing consulting skills. The ideal candidate will drive the vision of an Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) program while mentoring teams, leading Oracle implementations, and engaging directly with executive stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute enterprise Oracle Data Warehouse implementations Drive the technical vision and delivery of EDW initiatives Serve as the primary Oracle technical expert for architecture and implementation Lead and mentor cross-functional data teams including DBAs, Data Modelers, ETL Developers, BSAs, and BI Analysts Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions Design and implement Star, Snowflake, and Hybrid dimensional data models Develop requirements specifications and technical design documents Perform advanced data analysis and predictive data modeling Provide strategic guidance on data governance, architecture, and best practices Ensure data security, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning Present technical and business solutions to executive leadership and operational teams Identify automation opportunities and recommend process improvements Support proposal development and client-facing consulting initiatives Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Data Management and Data Warehousing 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Database and Oracle Data Warehouse experience 5+ years in consulting, technical leadership, or solution architecture roles 2+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Strong expertise in Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) in OCI environments 5+ years of hands-on Oracle ETL development experience Strong PL/SQL and Oracle Database development skills Experience designing and implementing enterprise data warehouse solutions Expertise in data modeling, data governance, and architecture documentation Experience with backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning Strong communication and executive presentation skills Experience working with Star, Snowflake, and Hybrid schemas Preferred Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field OCI Associate Certification Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate Oracle Database Administration certifications Public sector experience preferred Experience in transportation or healthcare domains Multi-domain consulting experience solving complex enterprise data challenges Technical Skills Oracle Database Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Oracle ETL Tools PL/SQL Data Warehousing Data Modeling Star Schema Snowflake Schema Predictive Data Modeling BI & Analytics Data Governance Disaster Recovery & Backup Planning Soft Skills Strong leadership and mentoring abilities Excellent client communication and stakeholder management Ability to engage with technical and non-technical audiences Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset Strong consulting and presentation capabilities Why Join Us?
