Contract Role Descriptions:

Conduct discovery workshops and requirement gathering sessions. Map current-state and future-state business processes. Configure Epicor modules to support business operations. Design and validate business process improvements. Define functional specifications for customized solutions. Support testing| training| change management| and UAT. Coordinate with technical teams for integrations and enhancements. Drive process standardization across sites. Adherence to the agreed upon Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Knowledge of
