W2 Position Relevant Experience (in Yrs.):
Job Description:
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to coordinate onsite and offshore teams. Experience managing large-scale, multi-country deployments.
Deep understanding of:
SAP functional modules (SD or MM) End-to-end business processes Lead System Integration Testing (SIT) Coordinate across cross-functional teams including: Functional consultants (FICO, MM, SD, etc.) Technical teams (Basis, Data Migration, Integration) Business users and SMEs Work closely with: Business leadership Global test leads / offshore teams Data migration and cutover teams Must Have Skills Test Lead experience, SAP SD or SAP MM hands on experience
