Long term Bachelor s degree in related field Must have 8-12 years of experience with Vertex O Series and Vertex tax application support. Experience with Vertex integrations and indirect tax technology platforms. Strong understanding of enterprise application support, incident management, and production support processes. Experience supporting SAP-integrated tax processes . Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills. Experience with testing, defect resolution, and release management activities. Ability to work effectively across technical and business teams in a complex global environment. Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
