As a Senior ERP Business Analyst , you will bridge the gap between business needs and IT capabilities, analyze, configure, and maintain Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to optimize business processes. Job Duties :

Collaborates with the ERP manager and stakeholders to define business needs and translates them into functional specifications for the ERP system Administers, configures, and maintains the ERP system, including applying updates, patches, and managing modules Analyzes existing business workflows and recommends improvements to increase efficiency Performs system testing, and provides troubleshooting support to end-users Creates, maintains, and delivers documentation and training materials for system usage Supports ERP related projects, including system rollouts, and upgrades

Job Requirements :
