Become a part of our caring community The Senior Provider Analytics Professional leverages data and analytics, building impactful value models and BI solutions to deliver actionable insights that inform enterprise strategy. You will report to the Director, Provider Performance and Engagement Analytics. The Senior Provider Analytics Professional (Senior Value-Based Programs Professional) advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance through actionable insights and reporting.Key responsibilities include:
Partners with Compass Value and Enablement Analytics Lead and with the Compass team to develop actionable reporting and dashboards in the Power Platform related to Compass utilization and PCP Performance Management and Engagement strategy Enhances and maintains the provider engagement enablement reporting Analyzes, interprets, and communicates key performance indicators and actionable insights to leadership Completes numerous ad-hoc requests to support the evaluation of the Compass platform, as well as the provider performance and engagement strategy Humana offers a variety of benefits to promote the best health and well-being of our employees and their families. We design competitive and flexible packages to give our employees a sense of financial security-both today and in the future, including: Health benefits effective day 1 Paid time off, holidays, volunteer time and jury duty pay Recognition pay 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer match Tuition assistance Scholarships for eligible dependents Parental and caregiver leave Employee charity matching program Network Resource Groups (NRGs) Career development opportunities Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications 5+ years of data analytics experience including creating actionable insights to support strategy development 3+ years of experience using SQL and/or SAS to transform data and enhance relational data sets for reporting and analytics 2+ years of experience using Power BI or other data visualization platforms to build impactful dashboards that deliver actionable insights Experience developing technology solutions in low-code application technology like Microsoft Power Apps/Power Automate Project leadership experience with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and assess scope, scale, and return on proposed initiatives Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business and/or related field Experience using Databricks Experience administering business intelligence reporting suites for large user bases Experience presenting actionable insights to senior leadership Experience analyzing health care provider data Experience analyzing value-based provider financial results Additional Information You must be authorized to work in the US without Humana sponsorship as Humana does not provide work visa sponsorship for this role.
