SAP S/4HANA

Finance to lead and support key financial transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines strong functional knowledge of finance and controlling processes with hands-on experience in S/4HANA innovations, enabling real-time insights, streamlined operations, and scalable financial solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, configuration, and optimization of

SAP S/4HANA

Finance (FI/CO) solutions across global entitiesPartner with finance stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable, best-practice S/4HANA solutionsDrive the implementation of key S/4HANA capabilities, including:

Universal Journal (ACDOCA)New Asset AccountingMargin Analysis (CO-PA)Advanced Financial ClosingGroup Reporting / ConsolidationCentral Finance (as applicable)Define and deliver functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces (APIs/BAPIs), and Fiori applicationsEnsure seamless integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, PS)Support finance transformation initiatives such as shared services, IFRS compliance, entity harmonization, accelerated close cycles, and real-time reportingLead key project phases, including design, configuration, testing, data migration, cutover, and hypercareCollaborate with finance leadership, auditors, and IT teams to ensure system compliance, performance, and scalabilityProvide mentorship and functional guidance to junior consultants and business usersContribute to pre-sales activities and support business development effortsQualificationsRequired Skills & Qualifications10+ years of

experience, including at least 3+ years on

SAP S/4HANA

FinanceProven experience delivering S/4HANA Finance implementations (greenfield, brownfield, or system conversions)Strong functional expertise across SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking) and CO (Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis)Solid understanding of financial processes, including closing, reporting, and compliance (IFRS/GAAP, tax regulations)Experience designing and validating functional specifications, configurations, and test scenariosStrong integration knowledge with logistics, manufacturing, and project systems modulesExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholdersProven ability to work in cross-functional and international environments
