$85,000/yr to $150,000/yr

Duties:

Ally Bank seeks a Sr Analyst•Adv Bus Analytics based out of our office at 2911 Lake Vista Drive, Lewisville, TX. This position does not require travel. Provide timely and accurate analysis that drive business objectives and targets. Perform analysis to drive change within the business. Identify, quantify and propose risk/reward trade-off of recommendations. Develop strategy and associated performance analysis that achieve business objects and results. Apply knowledge of business and balanced judgment in interpretation of data. Provide analytical and data support in the design and review of strategy tests and current operations. Lead analytics projects which require technical sophistication and the ability to navigate ambiguity. Perform ad hoc analysis and quickly provide results and recommendations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree (or foreign academic equivalent) in Mathematics, Operations Research, Economics, Finance, Computer Science or related field and Three (3) years of experience in a related occupation.

Experience must include:

3 years experience with tools like Snowflake, SQL, PowerBI ; experience building and running queries to solve business problems; 2 years experience with advanced data analytics, data, key metrics, reporting, ad hoc analyses, identify data outliers, and process flaws; 2 years experience in automotive or financial services industry, in collections, loss prevention, and recovery areas.

Other:

This position does not require travel. This is a hybrid position whereby the employee will work both from home and from the aforementioned office address. Hence, the employee must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the aforementioned office address.
