The Target Pay Range for this position is $128,900.00-$157,500.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $99,900.00 - $186,400.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Design intuitive, visually compelling dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau and Power BI that enable enterprise decision-making. Transform complex business questions into clear, meaningful data stories that drive action across Marketing, Finance, Treasury, Risk, Product, and other business functions. Partner with business leaders, analysts, BI engineers, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable reporting solutions that meet enterprise needs. Champion enterprise data visualization standards, governance practices, and design principles that improve consistency, usability, and trust in reporting. Help administer Tableau and Power BI environments, including permissions, content organization, governance, and platform best practices. Guide analysts across the organization by mentoring on dashboard design, storytelling techniques, accessibility, and visualization best practices. Evaluate emerging visualization trends, tools, and industry practices to continuously improve BECU's reporting capabilities and user experience. Conduct technical demonstrations, knowledge-sharing sessions, and presentations with stakeholders ranging from analysts to executive leadership. Collaborate with Enterprise Data Management, BI Engineering, and Analytics teams to ensure high-quality, trusted, and well-governed enterprise reporting solutions. Support data governance initiatives by promoting high-quality datasets, visualization standards, and consistent reporting practices across the organization. Performadditionalduties as assigned.
