Job Description
Current Lighting is seeking a motivated Order to Cash (OTC) Business Analyst to support the documentation, analysis, and improvement of our SAP OTC processes. In this role, you will help translate business needs into clear requirements for technical partners, assist with testing and change support, and provide day-to-day process support to business stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and IT to help ensure efficient order processing, stable systems, and a positive user experience across the order to cash cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Support stakeholders in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements across the order to cash process (order entry, delivery, billing, and collections). Taking lead on continuous improvement and other smaller project initiatives Coordinate with IT partners to ensure SAP infrastructure perspective aligns, supports and enables seamless OTC processes. Partner with SMEs for change management initiatives to facilitate adoption and success of new initiatives Work with delivery teams to ensure proper prioritization, execution and completion of key projects and tasks across the OTC roadmap Provide support to SMEs in the OTC process and leverage business and technical knowledge to help develop solutions that best leverage the organization's technical stack and business needs Develop reporting and dashboards to measure productivity, impact, adoption and success KPIs for all OTC processes and improvements.Qualifications:
Demonstrable history of BA success across both projects and sustaining initiatives from ideation through delivery and onboarding. Proven cross functional success partnering with internal and external stakeholders in a fast paced organization that delivers results. Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Proven experience in high level collaboration in a fast-paced environment. Compensation The position has a compensation package inclusive of base, bonus (if eligible), benefits, 401k contribution, time off, recognition awards and more.
