Job Summary:

The SAP Business Analyst partners with stakeholders to understand operational needs, gather requirements, evaluate possible recommendations, and support cost-benefit analyses to help the business select the most effective solution.

Job Responsibilities:

Partners with cross-functional teams to define business needs, develop functional requirements, and design or modify operational processes that support business objectives and drive continuous improvement. Designs process and data flows for new initiatives, ensuring alignment and integration across business functions and organizational units. Develops functional and non-functional requirements that guide technical analysis and solution development. Analyzes data from multiple sources and uses advanced analytics and statistics to find hidden patterns in large datasets. Collaborates with the development team to clarify business needs and requirements, ensuring solutions are aligned with business objectives and deliver the intended value. Participates in global SAP projects and assumes ownership of related tasks.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT or the equivalent combination of training, education and experience. Knowledge and understanding of SAP ERP along with 4 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills. Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills, is self-motivated, and performs effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Ability to travel as needed.
