No Come Drive Innovation with Us. We are currently looking for a Senior Analyst Aftersales Business Intelligence to join our team in Mt. Juliet, TN or Franklin, TN. The Sr Analyst, Aftersales Business Intelligence is responsible for developing business intelligence, reporting, analytics, and automation solutions that transform enterprise data into actionable insights supporting Nissan's Aftersales Supply Chain operations. Senior management relies on business intelligence to derive insight from business data to support problem-solving and decision making. The position plays a key role in enabling the effective use of enterprise data assets by supporting data warehousing, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives. Responsibilities include designing and delivering dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions that provide actionable insights and support data-driven strategies across the organization. This role offers the opportunity to develop deep knowledge of business processes, systems, and technologies while contributing to continuous improvement and digital transformation efforts. Areas of focus may include inventory management, forecasting, supplier management, logistics, warehouse operations, and other operational functions. Life:

Lead development of business intelligence, reporting, analytics, and automation solutions, such as scalable dashboards, analytical models, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that support strategic business objectives. Modernize legacy applications by migrating business processes and reporting to cloud-based platforms. For example, develop MS Power Apps to replace MS Access frontend applications. Drive data analysis, process improvement, and automation initiatives to increase operational efficiency. Ensure data quality, governance, and support system reliability through proactive monitoring and root cause analysis. Manage projects while partnering with business, IT, and vendor stakeholders. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance on development standards and emerging technologies. Partner with business stakeholders to identify requirements, define success criteria, and translate operational needs into analytical and reporting solutions. Continuously expand technical expertise through training, research, and the evaluation of emerging technologies to drive innovation and business value Who We're Looking for:
Required:
Education requirements: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, Math or related fields required.
Years of Experience:
6+ years of experience with structured query languages (SQL), relational databases, enterprise data warehouses, and dimensional data modeling. 6+ years of experience with procedural programming languages, preferably Python and VBA, including the development, automation, and support of business applications and reporting solutions.

Formula Language Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable technical solutions that support operational and strategic business objectives. Experience developing, maintaining, and modernizing reporting and analytics platforms, including legacy Microsoft Access/Excel solutions and cloud-based analytics environments. Experience working with Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Forecasting, Logistics, Manufacturing, or other operational business data, including migration of reporting and analytical solutions to modern technologies. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Ability to work and understand business needs to develop requirements for technical solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to influence decision making through data-driven recommendations. Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and project management skills. Ability to perform work onsite at Mt. Juliet, TN (NPRC) or Franklin, TN (HQ).
