Contract Job Description We are seeking an experienced BI Analyst / Analyst with 8 10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Tableau and SQL, with the ability to analyze complex datasets, develop insightful dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau. Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Analyze business requirements and translate them into BI solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs. Perform data validation, data quality checks, and troubleshoot reporting issues. Develop KPI metrics and provide actionable insights to business teams. Optimize dashboard performance and improve reporting efficiency. Support ad-hoc reporting and analytical requests. Required Skills 8 10 years of experience in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics. Strong hands-on experience with Tableau. Strong proficiency in SQL. Experience working with large datasets and relational databases. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
