Job Description

We are looking for a motivated SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant with a strong techno-functional foundation and cross-functional awareness to support and enhance Plant Maintenance processes within our SAP landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Support configuration and enhancement of SAP PM processes including maintenance orders, notifications, and preventive maintenance. Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across MM, SD, and FI to ensure integrated process flow. Assist in system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Participate in SAP implementations, upgrades, and support activities. Maintain documentation and provide end-user training as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
5 7 years of SAP PM experience with techno-functional exposure. Working knowledge of integration points between PM and other SAP modules (MM, FI, SD). Basic understanding of SAP configuration and ability to work with technical teams (ABAP/debugging exposure is a plus). Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills. Ability to manage tasks independently and contribute within a team environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field. SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) certification is a plus.
