This role focuses on delivering analytical tools, data visualizations, and insights to improve operational awareness and decision-making. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver dashboards that provide timely, actionable insights for Army operations Create visualizations that simplify complex data for technical and non-technical users Integrate dashboards into platforms such as SharePoint or other Army systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analysts, engineers, and stakeholders Maintain documentation, definitions, and consistency of metrics across systems Support data-driven decision-making by presenting clear and meaningful insights Assist in improving data visualization processes and tools Qualifications Bachelor's degree in: Analytics Information Systems Human-Computer Interaction Design or a related field Active Secret Clearance (required) Required Experience Experience with: Power BI Data visualization tools Dashboard development Ability to: Build polished, production-ready dashboards Work in collaborative, team-based environments Support operational or analytical use cases Skills Strong visual design and storytelling skills Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI) Ability to translate complex data into clear insights Strong communication and collaboration skills Additional Information Supports Army Vantage / Army data modernization initiatives Work involves operational data, analytics, and visualization for decision-making Equal opportunity employer If you want, I can also: Match candidates to this job (like before) Turn this into a resume screening checklist Or highlight keywords for ATS optimization
