Oracle EBS R12 Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant with hands-on troubleshooting capabilities. The ideal candidate can independently analyze and resolve finance-related issues without relying on Oracle Support and communicates effectively with business and technical stakeholders. Exposure to Oracle Fusion SaaS Finance modules is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Provide functional support and solution design for Oracle EBS Finance modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM). Independently troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex finance issues without Oracle Support assistance. Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, assess needs, and deliver effective functional solutions. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Collaborate with technical teams on customizations, reports, interfaces, and integrations. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and ongoing production support. Key Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant. Strong functional knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 Finance modules. Demonstrated ability to independently analyze problems and drive issues through resolution. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Experience Experience with Oracle E-Business Tax (eBTax). Exposure to Oracle Fusion SaaS Finance modules, including GL, AP, AR, and Assets. Experience with Oracle EBS-to-Fusion migration programs or EBS and Fusion co-existence environments.
