At-a-Glance:
Are you ready to build your career by joining an international food and beverage company. If so, our client is hiring an SAP WMS Analyst.

Qualifications/Requirements:
SAP or S/hana. Warehousing WMS. Bachelor's Degree. 3-4 plus years of previous experience working within Foods or Beverage Operations. Extensive Excel (pivot tables and data analysis) and PowerPoint knowledge. Strong attention to detail; highly organized, with project planning and time management skills. Comfortable with challenging the status quo and ask difficult questions. Effective communicator, both written and oral; ability to articulate or demonstrate perspectives and best practices. Ability to travel cross border.
Preferred Requirements:
Challenges requirements, open to recommending and implementing changes to business processes. Results oriented, able to complete projects on time while managing multiple priorities. Ability to adapt to and work within multi time zones and adjust work schedule appropriately. Ability to visualize new business processes across the organization.
Responsibilities:
This role is multi-functional across the Make (Manufacturing) area and will support the Deployment portion of the project. Support the subprocess team for Make to Deploy Make Production, Quality or Planning operations and Legacy Applications. Critical in the support of the deployment model and hyper-care teams as the project progresses into the deployment phase. Expected to support field level operations in the United States and Canada. Expected to review and analyze data to assist with the project work to enable common processes, data, reporting and analytics and support the delivery of
S/4 HANA
solution across. Will work closely across the organization with the larger project team, baseline business teams, IT organization, and with the various external partners on the project. Delivering the new harmonized process, data, analytics and controls within the sub-process area of Manufacturing. Provide knowledge and experience to project activities within the Manufacturing areas. Serve as a link between baseline business leaders, IT development team and any third-party regarding software functionality, throughout the project. Escalate appropriate decision-making requirements to Project Leadership. Support adoption and change management, as well as develop and deliver end-user training where needed.
