In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: ⦁ Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion ⦁ Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives ⦁ Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements ⦁ Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations Your contribution to the team: ⦁ Proactive risk management to ensure project delivery. ⦁ An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication ⦁ Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions. ⦁ Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities. Required Skill and Experience Experience in Configuration & Integration, Support and Maintenance in IBM Maximo v8.0+ Application design, Automation scripts using Python / Java scripts, Complex maximo configurations Hands on experience on Rest and Jason based integration Middleware integrations ex - Mulesoft, SAP PI Maximo migration experience with release and deployment management activities Data migration experience informatica and MIF framework Experience in Data modeling for BI reporting and hands on BIRT experience. Preferred Skill and Experience Hands on experience & working knowledge in Maximo Asset Management (Solution design, development and implementation) Working knowledge of capabilities in the IBM Maximo EAM/APM solution and Maximo Integration Framework Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
