Job Description

Location:
Onsite, American Fork, UTWe are currently looking for a highly skilledERP Administrator withinMicrosoft Dynamics Business Central to join our IT team. This individual will collaborate closely with our current Business Central teamtooptimizeour system's performance, streamline processes, and enhance the overall user experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, includingproficiencyin permission sets and Azure,withthe ability to developbusinessreports and manage ourERPhelp desk.

Experience in warehouse and retail operations within Business Central will be highly valued.
Essential Functions Include:
Administer andmaintain the ERP system, including user access, security settings, and system configurations tomaintaina secure and compliant environment.

Work with ERP system users and management to determineappropriate systemconfiguration.

Coordinate with external vendors and consultants for system integrations, upgrades, and support.

Collaborate with the ERPteamsto Plan, Test, and Execute new updates,patches, customizationsand migrations of ERP systems before implementing in a production environment.

Design andmaintainautomated workflow processes based on thorough understanding of business practices and procedures.

Assistin developing andmaintainingSQL, Power BI, & Jet Reports to drive data-driven decisions.

Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance.

Support manufacturing, inventory, warehouse, purchasing, and financial operations by coordinating with management to ensure accurate data, efficient processes, and strong user adoption.

Provide solutions using technology to improve data recording for ERP process.

Create and manage a Business Central help desk to efficiently support users.

Analyze and troubleshoot ERP system issues reported by end users.

Develop andmaintainsystem documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures.

Train end-users on system functionalities, best practices, and new features.

Perform other core ERP duties as assigned or needed.
QualificationsInclude:
At least 2+years of work experience in a similar role, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central experience.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Project management experience preferred.

Experience with EDI, APIs, and third-party integrations.

Strong communicationskills, both written and verbal.

Bachelor's degree in information technology, orarelated field is preferred.

Physical Requirements - Must be able to perform the following functions with or without accommodations: Consistent and reliable attendance Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
