Job Description
- Position Description & Qualifications
- Serco is seeking a full-time
- Senior Information Management / Knowledge Management (IM/KM) Specialist
- to support the Joint Staff J-7 Deputy Directorate for Joint Training and Exercises (DDJTE), in Suffolk, Virginia.
- This position is contingent upon the ability to maintain/transfer an active U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.
- In this role, you will: + Lead the development and implementation of enterprise Information Management (IM) and Knowledge Management (KM) strategies, governance, records management, metadata, and collaboration solutions using Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and integrated enterprise applications.
Additional desired experience and skills:
+ ActiveTS / SCI
Security clearance. + Experience developing executive dashboards, operational Common Operational Pictures (COPs), business intelligence, data visualization, workforce analytics, and decision-support products using Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft 365 technologies. + Relevant Microsoft certifications (Power BI, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, or Azure) and professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM), or ITIL Foundation are highly desirable. + Experience integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities into business intelligence and analytics. + Knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) data governance and records management policies.- Company Overview

Salary range:
