Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle HCM Functional/Technical Consultant specializing in Risk Management, Security, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) to join our HR Technology team. This role will play a critical part in strengthening our control environment by designing and delivering scalable, automated audit solutions leveraging reporting, analytics, and emerging AI capabilities. Key Responsibilities Risk & Compliance Lead Segregation of Duties (SoD) design, review, and remediation recommendations/action plans across Oracle HCM modules Partner with Audit and Risk teams to define and maintain controls, policies, and monitoring frameworks Proactively identify security and compliance risks; recommend and implement mitigation strategies Security & Access Management Conduct regular access reviews and certifications Support audits by providing documentation, reports, and evidence of controls Audit Automation & Reporting Design and build recurring automated audits using
OTBI, BI
Publisher, and other reporting tools Leverage AI/advanced analytics to identify anomalies, trends, and potential control breaches Develop dashboards and reporting to provide real-time visibility into risk and compliance posture HCM Functional/Technical Delivery Support development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of Oracle HCM solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure design of new features and configurations Support quarterly releases, ensuring security and compliance impacts are assessed and addressed Continuous Improvement & Innovation Identify opportunities to automate manual audit and compliance processes Recommend innovative approaches (including AI-driven insights) to improve risk detection and response Maintain documentation, standards, and training materials to support governance and compliance Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM (functional and/or technical) Strong experience with: Oracle HCM Security (roles, data security, user provisioning) Segregation of Duties (SoD) frameworks and access controls Audit, risk, or compliance processes within HCM systems Experience building reports using
OTBI, BI
Publisher, or similar tools Familiarity with automation, analytics, or AI-driven monitoring solutions Strong understanding of SaaS data flows, integrations, and security models Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting internal/external audits in a cloud HCM environment Knowledge of Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) or similar tools Experience implementing automated controls and continuous monitoring frameworks Exposure to AI/ML use cases for anomaly detection or audit automation
