Job Description
Join the Digital Analytics Department for a summer internship focused on turning digital and financial data into actionable insights for mobile app and online banking experiences. Our Digital Analytics Department delivers actionable insights to support our mobile app and online banking operations. We conduct analysis that helps business and app development teams enhance the user experience and optimize performance. We are seeking a motivated and talented summer intern to join our growing team. In this role, you will work with senior team members, department leaders, and business units to support research and development using digital and financial data. You will explore and summarize data, generate insights into customer digital behavior, analyze mobile app and website usage trends, and examine customer sentiment. This is a full-time summer internship designed to provide hands-on experience in business intelligence, digital analytics, and data storytelling. The Summer Associate Program is a 12-week internship program beginning in May 2027 and ending in August 2027. Students will work on impactful projects and meaningful work during their internship. To qualify for this position, applicants must be currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university and have an anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or later. Academic focus in an analytical discipline such as economics, finance, data science, statistics, mathematics, or a related quantitative field. Knowledge of data gathering, compilation, and data management. Knowledge of statistics and data science use cases. Experience with SQL, Python, R, or a similar language for data exploration, preparation, modeling, prediction, or statistical analysis. Ability and willingness to learn data and cloud environments such as Azure and Databricks. Technical writing and data storytelling skills, including presenting technical material to others. Ability to collaborate, build relationships, stay organized, manage time, and work both independently and as part of a team.
