Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services. We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with Oracle ERP expertise to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle ERP implementation, upgrade, migration, and support projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, extensive experience with Oracle ERP solutions, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities Project Management Lead end-to-end Oracle ERP projects, including implementation, enhancement, migration, upgrade, and integration initiatives.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Oracle ERP Leadership Work closely with business users to gather and analyze requirements.
Coordinate Oracle ERP configuration, customization, testing, and deployment activities.
Support Oracle Cloud ERP and/or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) implementations.
Collaborate with functional and technical consultants to resolve project issues and drive solutions.
Ensure compliance with Oracle ERP best practices and governance standards.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
8 years of project management experience, with at least 5 years managing Oracle ERP projects.
Proven experience delivering Oracle ERP Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite implementations.
Strong understanding of ERP business processes across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Human Capital Management (HCM).
Experience managing project budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
