Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Business Intelligence Engineer to join our innovative team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with large datasets and contribute to strategic decision-making processes. Responsibilities Analyze and evaluate the performance of various program features and marketing content based on customer response and engagement metrics. Conduct statistical testing for A/B and multivariate experiments to drive data-informed decisions. Design, build, and maintain comprehensive metrics and reports to monitor program health and effectiveness. Respond to ad hoc inquiries from business leaders to investigate key aspects of customer behavior and trends. Utilize data mining, model building, and segmentation techniques to uncover critical insights about the customer base. Participate in strategic planning discussions to align analytical insights with business objectives. Skills 7+ years of experience working with complex datasets and strong analytical skills. Proficient in SQL and capable of translating business requirements into actionable analytical plans. Background in statistics, programming, and marketing, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, able to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills Experience with SAS and familiarity with cloud computing technologies. Graduate degree in a relevant field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science. Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Experience in sales workflows or AI optimization is a plus.
