Key Responsibilities:

Partner with stakeholders across operations, IT, and leadership to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for process improvementAnalyze requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications aligned with SAP capabilitiesConfigure and support SAP modules (such as MM, PP, QM, and/or PM) to meet evolving business needsDocument current and future-state processes, ensuring alignment with best practices and system efficiencySupport testing efforts including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure successful solution deliveryInvestigate and resolve functional issues, providing timely and effective system supportWork alongside technical teams (e.g., ABAP developers, Basis) to support enhancements, integrations, and custom solutionsFacilitate user training sessions and develop supporting documentation to drive adoption and usabilityProvide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendationsStay current on

advancements, tools, and industry trends to bring forward new ideas and efficiencies

Qualifications:

Experience as an SAP Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in an S/4HANA or ECC environmentHands-on experience with one or more SAP modules such as MM, PP, QM, or PMStrong understanding of business process design and SAP configurationExperience supporting testing cycles and end-user trainingAbility to collaborate across technical and non-technical teamsStrong problem-solving and communication skillsNice to
