Key Responsibilities Provide oversight and support for day-to-day JDE production operations, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and issue resolution
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
Lead the design, development, and implementation of new functionality, enhancements, and customizations within the JDE environment
Oversee development of integrations and automation using JDE Orchestrator and related tools
Lead system upgrades, ESUs, and testing efforts
Manage and prioritize a backlog of support tickets, enhancements, and project work Team Leadership & Development Provide guidance, mentorship, and day-to-day direction to a small team of JDE developers
Support workload coordination and task prioritization across the team
Conduct code reviews and promote adherence to development standards and best practices
Contribute to performance feedback and team development in partnership with the Manager, JDE Platform
Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members
Ensure adherence to development standards, documentation practices, and change management processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system performance, stability, and scalability
Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and business processes Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5-8+ years of hands-on experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne
Strong experience with JDE development tools, including OMW, FDA, RDA, NER, BSFN, and Orchestrator
Experience supporting a production JDE environment
Strong understanding of JDE modules, including Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, and Service
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Prior experience leading, mentoring, or managing developers or technical team members
General understanding of JDE CNC concepts and system architecture
Experience with integrations
SQL and reporting experience
Experience with JDE upgrades or large-scale implementations Key Competencies Leadership and team development potential
