Partner with development and integration teams on solutions that extend beyond standard Dynamics configuration. Manage requirements, user stories, testing activities, defects, and solution delivery throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Provide senior-level production support and assist with escalated application issues. Lead or contribute to Dynamics-related projects, platform enhancements, and process improvement initiatives. Share Dynamics 365 and Power Platform expertise across the team and help establish scalable best practices.
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Business Systems Analysis, or a related technology role. 4+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience, ideally within Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, or other Customer Engagement applications. Experience configuring, administering, enhancing, and supporting Dynamics 365 in an enterprise environment. 4+ years of Microsoft Power Platform experience, including hands-on exposure to Power Automate and Power BI. Strong understanding of business requirements gathering, process analysis, functional requirements, and solution design. Experience troubleshooting complex application, data, production, and integration issues. Working knowledge of SQL, including the ability to write queries for analysis and troubleshooting. Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments. Strong understanding of the SDLC, including requirements, development, testing, UAT, defect resolution, and implementation. Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and highly technical team members. Why This Role This is an opportunity to take on more than traditional application support.
