Robert Half is working with a client who is looking to hire a Business Intelligence Developer to support the modernization of enterprise reporting and analytics capabilities.

This individual will design dashboards, reporting solutions, and semantic models that provide leadership and operational teams with greater visibility into business performance.

ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop enterprise dashboards and reports.

Build reusable semantic models and reporting datasets.

Translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions.

Develop KPIs, metrics, and executive-level reporting.

Optimize dashboard and query performance.

Integrate BI solutions with enterprise data warehouses and cloud data platforms.

Work with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Sales, and other business functions.

Support the transition from legacy reporting platforms to modern BI tools.

Establish reporting standards and documentation.
