We at Coforge are hiring a Power BI Lead Developer with the following skillset: Key Responsibilities End-to-end design and development of Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models Collaborate with data engineers to design efficient ETL/ELT pipelines feeding BI models (SQL Server / Oracle) Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable BI solutions Optimize report performance Own data governance, security, and compliance for BI assets Manage Power BI Service administration Partner with stakeholders across multiple departments to gather requirements and present insights Stay current with the Power BI / Microsoft Fabric roadmap and evaluate new features for adoption Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in BI/data analytics, with 5+ years focused on Power BI development Expert-level DAX and Power Query (M) skills Strong data modeling experience Proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, stored procedures, performance tuning) Experience administering Power BI Service Experience working with Microsoft Fabric Proven experience leading or mentoring a team of developers Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including presenting to non-technical audiences Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Python Experience with CI/CD for BI deployments (Azure DevOps, Git integration) Microsoft BI/Fabric certifications (PL-300, DP-600) Seniority Level Mid-Senior level Industry IT Services and IT Consulting Employment Type
