ACH is looking for a Jr. Salesforce Developer/Administrator to develop, build and administer and maintain our Salesforce applications and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. This role will require an individual that can work independently along with multiple teams to deliver working solutions in our production environment.
Job Description:
We are looking for an individual that is innovative and resourceful, making the most impact with the least amount of resources. The Jr. Salesforce Developer/Administrator will be working in partnership with our internal development and application support team. Responsibilities include, gathering business and technical requirements, understanding the technical issues and recommending solutions, writing program and database design specifications, modifying existing systems and providing production support for users and systems. The Jr. Salesforce Developer/Administrator will support and maintain ACH's Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. In addition, the Jr. Salesforce Developer/Administrator will prepare instructional material for department staff, provide technical documentation and perform related duties as required by leadership.
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in Salesforce development and Administration, is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, is preferred.
  • Experience in overall Salesforce data architecture, design and customization.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer and Administrator certification, is preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, a plus.
  • Knowledge of Conga Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, is preferred.
  • Ambition to learn and grow your skills.
  • Ability to learn new technologies for implementation.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and find solutions to difficult problems.
  • Ability to communicate in person as well as over the internet (email, chat, voice)
Other Job Duties:
  • Coordinate and assist user acceptance test, including reporting and documenting defects.
  • Ability to identify failure in process and address with IT and the business.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of quality improvement of processes for IT department and the partnering departments.
  • Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Education Requirements:
Graduated from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, Business, Economics or another related field and at least 1 year of experience in a Salesforce development/administrator role.
