Job Description
Job Summary The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This role focuses on building scalable workflows, customizing modules, and integrating enterprise systems to support service management initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to deliver efficient and high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules Design workflows, business rules, UI policies, and automation processes Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements Implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs Maintain platform performance, upgrades, and enhancements Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices Support troubleshooting and issue resolution within the platform Required Qualifications Strong experience with ServiceNow development Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Glide API) Knowledge of IT service management processes and ServiceNow modules Experience with API integrations and data modeling Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Strong problem-solving and communication skills Preferred Qualifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Developer certification Experience with Service Portal, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub Experience working in enterprise environments
