Role SummaryThe Senior ServiceNow Developer will serve as a key technical leader responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and external partners to deliver scalable solutions across ITSM, CMDB, Asset Management, ITOM, Virtual Agent, and related platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong ServiceNow development expertise with a consultative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Asset Management, Virtual Agent, Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog modules.
Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications, identity platforms, monitoring tools, HR systems, and other third-party technologies.
Configure workflows, forms, business rules, scripts, APIs, and automations to improve operational efficiency.
Support CMDB strategy, service mapping, asset relationships, and configuration management initiatives.
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver scalable technical solutions.
Implement and support ITIL-aligned service management processes and platform enhancements.
Develop automation solutions that streamline communication, service delivery, and operational workflows.
Collaborate with internal developers and external partners to deliver enterprise-scale projects and platform improvements.
Maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and platform standards.
Provide platform training, support, and guidance to business and technical stakeholders.
Evaluate emerging ServiceNow capabilities and recommend enhancements that align with organizational goals.
Contribute to platform governance, roadmap planning, and continuous improvement efforts.
