Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud and Agentforce to design, develop, and implement innovative healthcare CRM and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable Salesforce applications, integrating healthcare systems, and leveraging Agentforce capabilities to automate workflows and enhance user experiences. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs. Configure and customize Salesforce Health Cloud to support healthcare business processes and member/provider engagement. Develop and implement Agentforce solutions, including AI-powered agents, workflows, and automation capabilities. Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external healthcare applications using

REST/SOAP

APIs. Develop custom Lightning components, flows, triggers, and process automations. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Ensure application performance, security, and compliance with Salesforce best practices. Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities. Support Agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
