The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports that enable data-driven decision-making across various business units. This role requires a strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud-based data solutions, with a focus on delivering insightful visualizations that support strategic initiatives. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies such as AWS, Azure Data Lake, Hadoop, Spark, and Looker in a collaborative Agile environment. Must have min 5-10 years experience. Duties Develop and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize complex datasets effectively. Design and implement scalable data models and database schemas using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and other relational databases. Build robust ETL pipelines utilizing tools like Informatica, Talend, and Shell Scripting to extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources including Big Data platforms such as Hadoop and Apache Hive. Integrate data from multiple sources including Linked Data, RESTful APIs, and cloud services like AWS and Azure Data Lake. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications. Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvements. Support model training and analysis efforts using Python, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), and other scripting languages. Ensure data quality, security, and compliance standards are maintained throughout all development activities. Participate in Agile development cycles to deliver incremental value efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Skills Strong proficiency in Power BI dashboard development and visualization best practices. Extensive experience with SQL Server, Oracle databases, and Data Warehouse architecture. Knowledge of Big Data technologies including Hadoop, Spark, Apache Hive, and related ecosystems. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS (Amazon Web Services) and Azure (Azure Data Lake). Hands-on experience with ETL tools like Informatica and Talend; scripting skills in Shell Scripting (Bash), Python, VBA are highly desirable. Understanding of RESTful API integration for data ingestion. Experience with Looker or similar BI tools is a plus. Knowledge of database design principles and analytics methodologies. Ability to work within Agile teams with excellent collaboration skills. Strong analysis skills combined with technical expertise in model training and data analysis techniques.
