Job Description:

Senior analyst who focuses on understanding the why behind the data, not just the output and is able to thrive in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate is solution-oriented able to identify issues, propose thoughtful solutions, and then align with leadership for validation on more complex decisions. Strong Power BI experience is a must, while accounting experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate with the right level of maturity and analytical thinking. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field based on professional experience 2+ years of relevant professional experience Working knowledge with SQL Good understanding of data modeling concepts, building visualizations, and reporting solutions Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric and Excel Good understanding of Citizen IT, low code/no code, data management practices, visualization, and reporting tools Familiarity with agile development methodology, Azure DevOps Excellent communication skills Must be highly analytical Organization and time management skills Experience with Tableau and Cognos is a plus
