Role Description This is a contract, on-site Salesforce Developer role based in Clearwater, FL. The Salesforce Developer will design, develop, and maintain custom applications, integrations, and automations within the Salesforce ecosystem. Responsibilities include translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, configuring standard Salesforce features, and building custom Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, and flows. The role involves collaborating with architects, consultants, and business stakeholders, performing code reviews, optimizing performance, and ensuring platform security and data integrity. The developer will also support testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing enhancements aligned with Blue Sapphire's framework-driven delivery approach. Qualifications Strong Salesforce platform skills, including configuration (objects, fields, page layouts), automation tools (Flows, Process Builder), and security model (profiles, roles, permission sets). Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components or Aura, and integration patterns (REST, SOAP, APIs). Experience with data management and quality, including data modeling, migration, deduplication, and performance optimization within Salesforce. Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical designs, produce clear documentation, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with enterprise technology concepts such as CI/CD, version control (e.g., Git), testing frameworks, and secure coding practices. Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator) strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, consulting-oriented environment.
