We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with a strong focus on workflow design and automation. This role will support the development, configuration, and optimization of ServiceNow workflows to improve operational efficiency and user experience across the organization. This includes multiple instances and a complex development ecosystem. Required Skills
US Citizenship
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
3-5 years of ServiceNow development experience
Strong expertise in Flow Designer and/or ServiceNow Workflow Editor
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting
Experience with ServiceNow data model, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts
Hands-on experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, JSON, XML)
Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow back-end functionality and operations, including working across multiple application scopes, and system table structure
Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced remote-work environment
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Desired Skills Motivated to identify and implement opportunities for improvement in processes
Motivated to understand past organizational decisions to enhance future technical and strategic outcomes
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies
Demonstrated experience with presenting process improvements to leadership
Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow Incident Management, Request Management, and Knowledge Management
Advanced familiarity with ServiceNow core product functionality with demonstrated experience in navigating vendor documentation and the ServiceNow HI Portal
Familiarity with Automated Test Framework
Experience supporting ServiceNow applications design, and ability to plan a build from concept and basic requirements in a minimum viable product fashion.
