Join Our Innovative Data Science & Analytics Team in Atlanta, GA Are you passionate about transforming complex datasets into actionable insights? Do you have a knack for developing interactive dashboards and optimizing data models? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our agile and collaborative Freestyle Data Science & Analytics Team in Atlanta, GA. This role is instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making across cross-functional teams, supporting our mission to delight consumers, improve business performance, and foster innovation. Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
Develop and maintain semantic models, DAX measures, business KPIs, and RLS configurations.
Build and maintain reusable datasets, data marts, and scalable analytical models.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Generate recurring and ad hoc reporting to drive business decisions.
Troubleshoot data quality issues and support production environments.
Maintain comprehensive documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering.
Strong expertise in Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, and DAX.
Proficient in SQL for querying, data validation, and performance optimization.
Experience with enterprise data platforms such as Amazon Redshift, Microsoft Fabric, or similar.
Familiarity with AI, predictive analytics, and modern analytics platforms.
Preferences
Experience with Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, Warehouse, and Data Factory components.
Experience with Python, Spark, or automation scripting.
