Salesforce Development / IT About the Role We are looking for a motivated Salesforce Developer Intern based in or near Roselle, IL , who has graduated degree in Computer Science and has prior work experience in an MNC or corporate IT environment . This internship is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or restart their career in the Salesforce ecosystem and gain hands-on experience in real-time Salesforce development, customization, and integration projects. Key Responsibilities Assist in designing, developing, and customizing Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Flows . Support the development team in creating and modifying Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, and automation. Work on data migration, data validation, and Salesforce reports and dashboards. Help troubleshoot Salesforce issues and provide technical support during development and testing. Participate in requirement discussions and assist in preparing technical documentation. Support integration activities between Salesforce and third-party systems using APIs. Learn and follow best practices for Salesforce development, security, and deployment. Work closely with senior developers, admins, QA teams, and business users. Required Qualifications Graduated in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field . Prior work experience in an MNC or corporate software/IT environment is preferred. Basic understanding of Salesforce platform concepts such as objects, fields, relationships, profiles, roles, and permissions. Knowledge of programming concepts using Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or SQL . Strong interest in building a career as a Salesforce Developer . Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment. Preferred Skills Basic knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components, or Salesforce Flows . Familiarity with APIs, REST/SOAP integrations, or middleware tools. Salesforce certification such as Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer I is a plus. Experience with Git, VS Code, Salesforce CLI, or deployment tools is a plus.
