Job Description
Develop and configure ServiceNow modules: ITSM, HRSD, Facilities, CMDB, Asset, and custom apps.
Build catalog items, workflows, Flow Designer actions, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Business Rules.
Develop integrations with systems like PeopleSoft, Identity Management, LMS platforms, and facilities systems.
Support data imports, API integrations, and platform upgrades.
Collaborate with campus departments to gather requirements and document solutions.
Maintain platform security, roles, ACLs, and system health.
Provide Tier 3 support and create technical/user documentation.
